Guest House BALKAN has been for the year 2007 as a guest house of the year in the region of Central "Stara Planina" and was given a quality certificate by the Association "Authentic Bulgaria". 
The guesthouse “BALKAN” consists from two separate buildings:
Building 1 - First floor:
- dining room - warm and comfortable during the cold winter days and cool during summer
- kitchen – modernly equipped, where they will prepare for you delicious local and game specialties
- a hall for relax where you can have a rest and watch your favourite broadcastings
- jacuzzi – therapy with warm water which is used for you to get rid of the stress and to relax
- sauna, infrared cabin with chromo and audio therapy
- swimming pool in the open air
Building 1 - Second floor:
- five rooms: three bedrooms and two rooms each with two single beds. Each room has a toilet and a bathroom, satellite television, air-condition
Building 2 - First floor:
- an apartment with kitchen box and a place for eating
Building 2 - Second floor:
- two bedrooms with toilets and bathrooms, satellite television, air-condition
We have at our disposal own electric supply and water supply, too.
Prices:
A room + breakfast – 66 BGN.
An apartment + breakfast – 86 BGN.
Sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are included in the price.
